Andrew Capuano (Principal Appraiser) is a resident of Northern Virginia for over 25 years and currently resides in Bristow Virginia with his wife and 3 children.  Andrew grew up in Fairfax Virginia and has been involved in Northern Virginia real estate for over 20 years.   Andrew is committed to the highest levels of ethics and quality for his clients.  His high quality work and ethical standards has helped Capuano Appraisal Services LLC to thrive in the current Real Estate market.  Andrew is a fully Certified Residential Appraiser with FHA designation in Virginia, Maryland and DC.  Andrew is also a fully licensed Realtor in Virginia giving him a well rounded knowledge of all aspects of the real estate market.
